NSM offers shipping to any USA, Alaska, Hawaii address. Shipping is not available for USA Territory/Military/Freight-Forwarding or International addresses at this time.
Shipping normally takes between 1-4 business days.
NSM works with a number of professional shipping carriers; your order will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the cost/delivery destination/timeliness of the delivery.
We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders in stock are subject up to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
Please contact us at support@nsm.io within 15 days of your order if your delivery shows “delivered” when you track it, but you have not received it or was damaged in shipping.

Address changes cannot be made after your order has shipped. To change your address after shipping, you must cancel your order; see Return Policy.
