We are able to get pricing as low as 6.5 Cents per kWh. Next, climate: the cool and dry environment of Salt Lake City offers us the advantage of using outside air to cool our datacenter more than 75% of the year. When it’s too hot to use outside air the dryness of Salt Lake means we can use evaporative cooling, which is one of the most cost-effective way to cool a datacenter.
